Once again, the camera I have with me (the one with the ringtone) displays numerous advantages over the SLR in its case at home. Aside from proximity, the shorter focal length on the smartphone camera has the advantage of a wider angle than the 18-200mm zoom lens on the SLR.
This was taken looking up through the sunroof of my car – yes it was parked at the time! – with rain dripping down and a leaf stuck to the glass.
Haven’t printed this one yet. It might be a good candidate for the new Moab Slickrock paper I’ve got, as soon as I can get the icc profile from Moab.
